So I was trying to get some high drain 18500's for my new ProVari a week or so ago. Went to Lighthound and found only one was in stock on the website. Decided what the hell, I'll order one of those and grab an 18650 as well while I wait for more stock.

I got an email within hours stating that they were in fact sold out of the 18500's and asked did I want to cancel order or just have the 18650 shipped. I replied that I really wanted a couple 18500's and asked if they could hold off and notify me upon arrival so I could get 2.

The very next morning I got another email stating the shipment had arrived and they threw the 2nd 18500 in with my original order before shipping.

I've used Lighthound for well over a year now and always have had excellent service but this last time...they really went that extra mile for me. Thanks Lighthound!!
