I use this every time I make my own juice and it's come in real handy for taking a quick screenshot and then everyone knows how I mixed the juice I'm reviewing.

The latest version I have is version 11 that I can find. It includes a calculator for mixing, additional info for mixing, DIY cost calculator, a ton of receipies, flavor lists and whether they're okay to use in a PV, and nicotine ratio chart.

Any DIY mixer should definitely pick this one up. I've included version 6, 7, and 11 (which is all I have).

Also, there's http://www.todmuller.com/ejuice/ejuice.php which can come in handy if you're ever away and can't be bothered to find and download the spreadsheet.
