Since last year I went up on average 4% for each test they administer
(And that’s from just switching from smoking to vaping; I don’t do any sort of exercise or cardio)
It might be an interesting experiment for everyone to get their lungs tested each year to see what sort of yearly improvements vaping has on people’s lung capacity
Comparing my base line test from 13 yrs ago to last years test, I had lost about 40% of my lung capacity
Kinda freaked me out, to think with in 10 yrs I lost almost half of my lung capacity
It was last year around this time that I decided to start vaping again after using e-cigs from the previous year and eventually giving up on them
I’m just happy to see my results go up, even if it’s only 4%
That gives me hope that my lung and a half may recover also!
Congrats ksound well done.
