Posts will show new information every time you refresh the page. If you would like email alerts to when a new post is made, you can subscribe to the topic at the bottom of the page (next to Board Index, Bookmark Topic, News, Site map, etc) when you're viewing the thread.

I am currently looking into adding a "Like" button and I'll get back with everyone once I find a solution.

If you use Tapatalk, there should be an option for attaching an image. If you're using the normal full site, it would be the exact same as you would normally attach an image, on the "Upload Attachment" tab below the post form on the "Full Editor."
