Not being stayed logged in

For some reason, all of a sudden, I'm logged out every time I close the site. Anyone else having this problem? Any ideas on what I should look at - either in the settings here or something on my netbook?

What browser are you using? I use Firefox on my netbook and it keeps logging me out every time also.

Do you have "remember me on each visit" checked? Sometimes that gets unchecked and causes the problem you are having to occur. I'm on FireFox and so far have not had any problems. I really like the way it will remember my password for me, so even if I do log out, the boxes are already filled in for me when I go to log in. I don't do that on all sites, just ones I trust.

We had this issue back when there were multiple domains being used but that issue should be fixed.

Can you clear your cache and cookies and let me know if the issue still persists?

Ok, I'll try clearning cookies & cache. I'm using IE and it does remember my log-in info but I have to type the first character of my user name...small PITA, lol.

Ha! I did leave it open since my last post but when I came back to the page, I was logged out again so that's not working either.

Sounds like you are getting timed out somehow. I've seen some forums that set the amount of time a person can stay on the site with no activity, but that doesn't seem to be your problem. Is this happening with any other forums you go to? Have you taken any MS updates recently?
