Sale Night Updates Coming Soon

The Thread will open 15 minutes before sale time.

So here's how it goes.
1- At 9PM CST....JonboyUSMC will post the Lava Tank Pics....That's the start of the sale.
  2- You will see a list of pictures with the new Lava Tanks. All will have LETTERS and NUMBERS to identify them.
 3- Decide....QUICKLY....which ONE you want to buy. Pick 2 alternates just in case your first choice is sold out. 
 4- PM JonboyUSMC with your choice....All tanks will come with a Clear Tube and a Boge 2.0 PrePunched Carto. If you want extra tubes....frosted or clear, you can request them for an additional $3 each.
DO NOT PM JON BEFORE THE SALE STARTS 
 5- Wait for Jon to PM you back. There is no need to send more than one PM....It won't get you an answer any faster. And don't PM him prior to the release as you will get skipped right over. 
 6- Cross your fingers, pray....whatever you think might help you get the tank.  If you have any questions....ask them now. Don't wait because they will go fast.

ALL TANKS WILL NOW COME WITH A 2.0 BOGE PREPUNCHED CARTO AND A CLEAR TUBE. YOU CAN BUY ADDITIONAL TUBES....FROSTED OR CLEAR FOR $3 EACH.
3.0 BOGES ARE NO LONGER OFFERED.

   A couple of rules....
  1- One Tank per household....we are trying to give everyone a chance to own at least one. 
 2- If there is any stock leftover after 24 hours you can try for another....NOT BEFORE....Personally I don't think they will last an hour. Please....let's not try to take advantage of Jon's good nature and ask for more than one.  There will always be more sales.

Please remember when making payment to include your ECF or IVC screen name in the Paypal notes so Jon can match a screen name to your real name. Also don't forget to include your address.

Oring option is no longer available....You should use only the orings that Jon supply's....Tighter orings are no longer used as the tolerances of the material have been fine tuned.

WARRANTY

Any part of the Lava Tank that is defective will be replaced as long as the damaged tank is sent back. If in fact the tank is deemed damaged due to user error....no replacement will be issued. You will however, have the opportunity to purchase a new tank at your own cost.

If there are any member's with issues with replacement parts or any issues at all you should PM me first. I'll try to fix your problem....If I can't fix your problem, I'll speak to Jon to get it corrected. All PM's should come to me first. It saves Jon lots of time if I can try to sort it out first.

Extra tubes will not be offered for purchase this sale.

Your email should contain the following:
Paypal Email Address
Name and Shipping Address
Quantity Of Tanks

DO NOT SEND ANY EMAILS BEFORE THE SALE STARTS

There is no need to send more than one email....It won't get you an answer any faster. Please don't email prior to the start of the sale. Emails received prior to the start wil be disregarded!

I'm going to open this thread up for any questions regarding the upcoming sale. The sales procedure has changed and I'm sure there will be some questions.

Dino, I like the new format. Sending an email instead of PM means people don't have to learn the nuances of the pm system over here, and I would expect everyone to know how to send an email. The first concern that popped into my head, is how you will determine which emails might come in too early, as the time stamp of the email server may not be synced up with the time stamp of IVC, however I would venture a guess that you guys already have a plan in place. I am also sure that you guys already have the spam filter set to allow all emails, to ensure no one's email gets send to the junk folder.

I am excited to see so many tanks available, and I hope that I can get at least one of these bad boys. It's gonna look great on the ShockWave when they are finally released.

The spam filter is already shut off and we are going to have a small contest Friday to test it and put it through it's paces. As far as the time stamp....First email....first serve. I will be refreshing my email from a separate computer at the same time I open the sale thread.
