Hmmm... this is worrisome folks!! Has potential to put a lot of little vendors out of biz if they can't afford to pay licensing fees. Damn depressing!!

I just looked at their patent info- essentially from Ruyan- the inventor of the e-cig and this is not the original one.
This seems very sophisticated- has a "juice bottle" in it, etc. On page 8, in the "Background Art" section, they talk essentially of this being a smoke cessation device! Wow...they do call it a "substitute" for cessation products, or something close to that language.... so, I'm thinking: Wasn't this exactly what the FDA was trying to ban? Anyway, I'm amazed that the U.S. Gov. gave them a patent!!! More power to them!!
