At the moment no but of course there are plans to tax them. Actually a bill being brought up now seeks to tax smokeless stuff at same rate as smokes. We are fighting for a reduced harm category and need all the help we can get. If you haven't yet joined CASAA (it is free) please consider doing so and paying mind to their call to action pages. Right now...we are submitting comments for the bill on taxing the products. More voices that are heard, the better. Some folks went to the FDA conference last week and spoke on our behalf but... more letters are needed.
