I ordered some juice and a spare eGo charger from NLV back in mid-December. The site is really easy to navigate and makes for a pleasant buying experience. My order was a small order, but you would have never known it by the way Gene and the NLV crew made me feel.

From the beginning, I was aware of where my order was at all stages. The only thing that killed me was the USPS. I know it was right at the peak of shipping for the holiday, but it took SEVEN days to make it from Iowa to NC via Priority mail. (However, I have an outstanding order right now and it is coming USPS parcel post, shipped 1/6/11 and is still not here. :( Thing is, the company is in the same state as myself AND the town is only an hour and a half away. So, :imconfused: ).

I ordered three tobacco style juices. The Goldrush is mah favorite by far. It is the equivalent to Camel and we all know I love Camel. I would like the option to order it in a higher mg, as I am sure there are those who would like to order it in a lower mg. Not to be of an issue either way, in my honest opinion, because with the amount of flavor you can easily bump it up or cut it with little flavor loss. I do not want to say too much about the juices I received just yet, as I grow to like flavors that may have seemed odd at first vape. :nooo: Plus, juices are really subjective. However, the Goldrush is one I will definitely be ordering again! :yes: Yeah, I am a die hard Camel fan. :nonono:

What really, really impressed me the most was the packaging job! It was in a small priority box. It looked like a present the way it was all laid out inside the box. You could definitely tell that there is a very personal touch in packing your order! I despise to get a mod or a not so sturdy PV item in an envelope. It drives me nuts! I ordered nothing that really required a box, but I like a box. Just me - maybe? :lol:

Anyway, I love to see a vendor in this industry who really cares about the consumer from beginning to end. Not one who is just out to make a quick dollar. I think Gene truly cares about the end user. :yes:

Oh, and he sent some extras that will be offered in a contest for IVC peeps! :w00t!!:

Awesome post Mama!! I too had a great experience ordering from Gene and awaiting another order now.

Another thing I love about his site... The information! He has OODLES of information there. Some sites I couldn't send a new person to without telling them exactly what they need, etc. NLV's site has enough info that a newb could read enough to know what to order. Kudos to the info :) I likey!!

Thing is, he impressed me more than a vendor of ANYTHING in a long while. Definitely will be steering more people his way. ;)

:m0738: ah shucks you guys... I'm like all speechless and everything. :grouphug:

They always say you should work at what you like most. I love being analog free and helping others to get there and stay there.

During the Holidays I checked often to see where everyone's packages were at. USPS couldn't even keep up with their site updates. I couldn't believe how long it was taking packages just to get to the next state over from me. I was very disappointed how long it took them to get mama's and Laurel's packages delivered! I always feel it is a direct reflection on NLV when things happen like that, but there was nothing more I could do once USPS has the package. Glad the Holidays are over! :greenstars:

I was watching your tracking number and it arrived at your post office yesterday, but no one to deliver. :sadly:

Still, not too bad. ;)

I FINALLY received the package I ordered 15 days ago from a company that is 1.5 hours away!! Shipped on the 6th, received on the 18th. Boggles my mind! I could have walked there and back in that amount of time. :nonono: I might send it back and bet it won't take 12 days for them to receive it. Grrrrrr!
