If you find yourself chain vaping whether it's due to stress, hand to mouth triggers, etc., and you know you don't really need the nicotine, I would recommend mixing up or purchasing some zero nic juice for those times. It also will help in the long run if you're trying to wean yourself off of the nicotine.

I was vaping 0 nic on day time for alomost a year but it made me to vape more, now i am doing nic all day long and I am vaping less, probably I am getting use to E cigs after all, I have to try lower than 24 mg and see if it works

Totally second that tip Deb!! I keep 0 nic handy and switch off if I feel I'm vaping a lot. Also late at night I'll switch to no nic. Actually the nic seems to eat the flavorings so no nic juices taste better to me and don't have the bitter of nicotine. I'm down to 5-6mgs. Hopefully someday I can do zero full time without doing bodily harm to my husband

I vape 38mg, so when I notice that I am chain vaping, I go down to about 18-20mg. I MUST have nic or else.
