At least cokes good for sumthing

I have tried several atomizer cleaning methods, particularly for atomizers that have an off-flavor. I decided that chucking the 'croaker' is way cheaper and more efficient than trying to revive a crappy atty. Thanks for your research, though.

I'm pretty sure it's from the acids in the cola that do the trick. Coke can also be used to clean things like chrome and other things that respond well to weak acids as cleaning agents.

I am with Chef on this one. I have tried "liquid" type atty cleanings and end up throwing them away. Now, I drain the atty at night (510, 901, etc.) and toss it when it gets weak or dies. Can't exactly drain a 306 effectively yet. Need to get my son on that one stat.

If anyone can find the answer for draining 306s its your son! Those atty drainers are sweet!

Aww - thank you jfully!! He smiled really big when I read that to him. I am sure he will be all over it now and I have a dead 306 atty for him to work with, too. We shall see what he can come up with.
